Gregorio's Mediterranean Restaurant

Really enjoyed our dinner here and were sad we forgot to BYO! As a picky vegetarian, I was super excited about the zucchini parmesan and it was delicious! Everyone was very nice and let us have our space for a relaxed dinner.

Tommy, our waiter, was so sweet. The staff was very kind and welcoming. We wanted to try out the lighter items on menu, and it didn't disappoint. Every dish that came out of the kitchen was well crafted. Look at the plating of our food...it was as beautiful as it was devine. Love restaurants who pay attention to every detail. Simply outrageous and will be back. Our boys enjoyed themselves too and my oldest told Tommy, "Our thanks to the Chef!"

Food. Service Quality of cuisine and ambiance is beyond outstanding! The Trofie Gregorio’s and the Wild mushroom ravioli were so delicious!! And Isabella our server was absolutely delightful and knowledgeable! You need to go there. You won’t want to leave! Great experience!

We have dined and done take out a good number of times. These folks know how to run a good restaurant. Experience - the experience is very good. The location can be somewhat challenging in the town center, but can easily be managed if you park and have a drink before. The atmosphere is quite nice. Service - the service is also very good. Food - All of the food is absolutely outstanding, including the specials. Overall, the value is very good. We like that it is BYO. Feedback We strongly prefer the younger men as servers (we have found the experience with the long-tenured woman server to be inconsistent and somewhat “uneven” as she appears to favor her regular customers).

I had an incredible dining experience at Gregorios in Chatham, NJ. From the moment we arrived, the exceptional service and warm atmosphere set the tone for an unforgettable evening. The bread and sun-dried tomato and roasted beet salad were the perfect start! Our entrees, the pork Milanese and trofie pasta, were both outstanding. The portions were also generously sized. What truly stood out was the attentive and friendly service that made us feel like honored guests. I can't praise Gregorios enough for delivering a superb dining experience that I wholeheartedly recommend to anyone seeking a delicious Italian meal. Five stars without a doubt!
